ABOUT DIMA

Over the past 35 years, I have explored a diverse range of disciplines, including wrestling, boxing, aikido, ultra-marathon running, yoga, and breathwork. Each of these practices has enriched my understanding of the body and mind, creating a rich tapestry of experiences that shape my coaching approach.
My journey into athleticism and movement began during the final years of the Soviet Union. Growing up in a culture celebrated for its boxers, wrestlers, and weightlifters, I learned early on the value of commitment and discipline. I realized that to excel in sports, one must push beyond their limits and embrace the challenge wholeheartedly.
Driven by a desire for strength and well-being, I have transformed personal challenges into motivation. My journey through various movement practices has equipped me with valuable tools to combat anxiety and promote health, helping me navigate the pressures of a demanding career in investment banking.
As I cross into my 50s, I reflect on a successful career and a lifetime of dedicated practice. I have healed many injuries and deepened my understanding of movement as a multifaceted journey that encompasses physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. As an inspirational coach, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping others discover their own paths to strength, resilience, and holistic well-being through movement.
